My friend Steven is moving to Florida. So, the other day the condo rental company calls me as a reference to his character, etc. 

She asks me: 'How long have you known him?' 

I say: 'He is like a brother to me. I have known since we were three.'

She asks: 'How old is he now?'

I say: "55"

She asks: 'So, what's that, about 40 years?'

I respond: 'No. That would be 55 minus 3, about 52 years!'

I am not sure he will get the apartment.
